Charles de Gaulle's Airport is the biggest hub in Europe!

Air France has structured its network around a major hub that takes you to over 500 destinations worldwide.

The Hub cuts flight connection times and boosts the number of possible destinations available.

It also has an incredible capacity to adapt to growth:

- the fourth runaway opened in march 2001

- Hall E scheduled to open in July 2003

- Organisational and operational project developments affecting as much customers as baggage, namely the

"Cible Passage", called the Baggage Logistical Scheme

- Starting in 2003, new facilities will be gradually brought into service until Terminal 2E Satellite S3 and TBE

(Eastern Babbage Sorting Machine) become fully operational in Summer 2006

3 - Winner of the ROC competition

Mr Colin Reardon is the winner of a return ticket to France

What is the ROC?

The Reservations Operation Center (ROC) is a service created by Air France to inform you in the event of any irregularity

(cancelled or rescheduled flight, a change in aircraft capacity, etc.), whether Air France is responsible for it or not.

The ROC has two main missions:

- To contact you as quickly as possible in the event of a cancellation or delay.

- To offer you another routing with Air France with a minimum of delay.
