Traveling Events Assistant as the newest feature of
Events@Coirnthia, a unique program dedicated to the
Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Events (MICE)

Events Assistant: "One of the Events@Corinthia

Events@Corinthia assistant that will be at the
organizers side and on call 24/7 to ensure that the
event runs smoothly and is a success for the
company organizing the event. Responding to
feedback from organizers, we have now taken this
concept one step further. When an event organizer
decides to use another Corinthia Hotel in one of
our other destinations for their next event, we
will send this same Event Assistant to the next
Corinthia Hotel to assist the organizer. This
Traveling Event Assistant, who would be very
familiar with all the details and special
requirements of that particular organizer, will
arrive two days prior to the organizer's arrival,
brief his or her counterpart, welcome the organizer
upon arrival, and work with the onsite
Events@Corinthia team for two days to make sure
that the organizer is comfortable with all the
arrangements for the event." The
