Monitoring, Reporting and Evaluation

These shall be integral components of the project. Several officers shall be charged with the responsibility of close monitoring and reporting to management and other stakeholders. This shall be done by monitoring visits, quarterly reports and annual reports.

Evaluation shall be in two folds, namely, process evaluation and impact evaluation. Process evaluation shall assess the implementation process with a view to making adjustments in order to ensure the smooth running of the implementation process. Impact evaluation on the other hand shall assess the impact made using the set indicators.

The Logical Framework Matrix will be developed to provide performance and impact indicators for project implementation along with their corresponding means of verification. These will form the basis on which the project's Monitoring and Evaluation system will be built.
