FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

THE ADVENTURES IN TRAVEL EXPO AND THE LUXURY SHOWS FORM PARTNERSHIP WITH TRAVEL INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA

SeeAmericaTM Branded Pavilions to increase visibility of US travel tourism with consumer/trade audience in top markets

Milford, CT, August 9, 2005: Unicomm LLC, the producers of the highly successful Adventures in Travel Expo and The Luxury Shows have entered into a partnership today with the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA), the national, non-profit organization representing all segments of the U.S. travel industry.  Each Unicomm venue will feature a SeeAmericaTM branded U.S. pavilion that will be jointly marketed by TIA and Unicomm.

SeeAmerica is the brand developed by TIA to promote the United States as one of the world's premier tourism destinations.  The brand and its corresponding website, SeeAmerica.org, were created in the absence of a federally-funded national tourism promotion agency.

The partnership will strengthen the representation of U.S. travel suppliers in all events under the SeeAmerica.org brand.  It will elevate the visibility of the TIA program among over 120,000 attendees slated to attend the Adventures in Travel Expo and The Luxury Shows in six of the country's top ten demographic markets &endash; Dallas, San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles (with the Los Angeles Times Travel Show) and Washington DC.

"As a recognized leader in promoting and facilitating increased travel within the United States, TIA is an ideal partner to work with us in advancing our objective of increased U.S. exhibitor presence at all our events.  Furthermore, we provide a highly qualified attendee base with potential to book travel in the U.S.  This is a very attractive option to their members," said John Golicz, Chairman and CEO of Unicomm LLC.

The partnership will include e-marketing, collateral mailing, newsletter presence and outreach to TIA members designed to drive exhibitor sales and tour operator attendance at Adventures in Travel Expo and The Luxury Shows.  SeeAmerica will leverage the enormous media outreach that Unicomm has developed in top feeder markets &endash; generating over 1 billion total media impressions.

"The events are an ideal forum for TIA to extend the SeeAmerica.org marketing campaign as it provides a central place for CVB's, hotels and resorts to promote their services.  The program is of great significance to TIA and we believe our partnership with Unicomm will allow us to further our goal of growing our domestic program," said Roger Dow, President and CEO of TIA.

Unicomm LLC has assumed a leadership position in the travel industry through its highly successful Adventures in Travel Expo and The Luxury Shows.  The company has built a travel marketing "model" that has begun to change the way the travel business is conducted and has grown to become the largest travel and adventure shows globally.  Its marketplace concept, highly interactive show floor, location in the top six gateway markets and large exhibitor base sets it apart from all other travel shows in the United States.
