Kempinski hosts BBC Entrepreneur TV

Buliva, Tanzania's Francis Wakara Baraka and
Geofrey Kibiki and Uganda's David Ssegawa were
among the short listed candidates from over 5000
young Swahili speakers from Burundi, DR Congo,
Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda. They all had
innovative ideas on how to start, a successful
business which would have a positive impact on
their community. The gripping finale
came live on TV on the 27th Wednesday 2007, from
the Kilimanjaro Hotel Kempinski in Dar es Salaam
Tanzania and was broadcasted across East Africa via

and on other popular television channels in
Burundi, DR Congo, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and
Uganda. Highlights included a special performance
by Multi-award winner singer Lady JD and a speech
by President of Tanzania his Honourable Jakaya
Kikwete. In her comments
towards hosting the prestigious event the General

her gratitude towards hosting an innovative and
exciting competition towards driving
