Travel Professionals International (TPI),
Canada's leading network of home-based travel
agents has announced that the theme for the largest
annual conference in the history of the
organization will be Sailing to Success.
The 2007 TPI Annual Conference Sailing to
Success will, fittingly, be held aboard the
Carnival Liberty. The event will feature a
major focus on cruise-related products and
services, along with offerings from many of TPI's
Preferred Partners.
"Sailing to Success really highlights what we
plan on Associates being able to accomplish coming
out of the 2007 TPI Annual Conference," said Tim
Morgan, TPI's manager of Corporate Development.
"Using the hot-selling and highly-regarded example
of the cruise industry's service-based success fits
perfectly within the context of the conference and
the success that can come to our agents from going
that extra mile for their clients."
With over 120 Associates currently registered,
Sailing to Success is well on its way to becoming
the best attended TPI Annual Conference yet.
It will provide agents with the guidance they need
to take their service and sales to the next
level.
"The response has been incredible." said Emilyn
Salvador, TPI's manager of Client Services &
Training, in response to the high number of
registrations. "Year after year, more and more of
our 530-plus Associate base realize the importance
of attending the annual conference, as word gets
out that it is a must-attend event for any TPI
agent wanting to build their business by leaps and
bounds."
The 2007 TPI Annual Conference sets sail for 6
days from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, aboard the
Carnival Liberty, May 20-26, 2007, with stops in
Freeport, Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands,
and Costa Maya, Mexico.
