              Today, Air Gabon handles an average
         of 450,000 passengers a year at Libreville, out of the
         airport's annual total of 800,000 passengers. The airport has both international
         and domestic terminals. Inside the terminals, ticketing
         offices are open seven days a week, during normal working
         hours. Facilities in the airport include:
         restaurants; bars; a bank; post office; telecommunications
         office; car rental agencies; tourist and hotel information
         and reservation centers; a duty-free shop and a number of
         kiosks selling everything from newspapers to Gabon's
         exquisitely collectible handicrafts. The airport is managed by Airport de
         Libreville (ADL). Many hotels run regular courtesy
         buses to shuttle passengers between the airport and the
         city.  Extensive taxi service is also
         available. The airport is located less than a quarter of a
         mile from the  beach and approximately 8 miles from
         downtown Libreville, with a travel time of 10 &endash; 20
         minutes. O Overseas, Air Gabon plays the role of

         August 17, 1990, the newly rebuilt Libreville International
         Airport Leon M'Ba opened its doors as Air Gabon's gateway.
         The modern terminal was designed to offer travelers the
         utmost in service, comfort and convenience.
