Ghana Success Story Continues! Accra Awarded ATA 31st World Congress, May 2006. Years before we set foot in West Africa, we had met many Ghanaians and found them to be one of the most outgoing, friendly races of people on the planet. So you can imagine our great pleasure to hear the good news that Ghana will host the Africa Travel Association (ATA) 31st International Congress in Accra, May 2006. Like many other frequent travelers, we heard people say that "Ghana was the smile on the face of Africa."
